What is "mass customization"?  Mass customization is a set of revolutionary new processes for manufacturing that enables us to produce a large number of items quickly and efficiently, yet customize each garment individually.  (In contrast, mass production is the traditional method of manufacturing, where a company gains efficiency by making a large number of exactly identical items.)  Mass customization allows MyStyle to produce completely custom, made-to-measure garments with mass production speeds and efficiencies.  Read more about mass customization.

How can I order? MyStyle has begun taking orders on a limited basis in the Seattle area, by appointment.  Contact us to schedule an appointment. (As we are a small company, we have limited production capacity so we may have to put you on a waiting list. Thanks for your patience!)

How do you make the clothing to fit me?  First, we gather your body measurements (see below for an explanation of how to get measured).  Next, you select the clothing you want from our collections.  After you place your order, our mass-customization system generates a completely individualized clothing pattern, made just for you!  Learn more about the fit and customization process.

How much are the clothes "customized"? Can I have you make anything I want?  MyStyle offers several styles of garment, with a range of options for fabrics, colors, and style details.  You can pick one of our "packaged" garments (with pre-selected, coordinated colors and details), or you can also choose to order a completely individualized garment, selecting from a range of options for fabric, lining, pockets, buttons, and other elements.  You can create clothing in the styles you want that fit your body and flatter your shape—clothes as unique as you are!

How long does it take to get my custom-made clothing?  Our goal is to deliver within two weeks, however each MyStyle garment is made-to-measure from scratch.  Our computerized fit system is at full capacity, and our sewers are working as quickly as possible  We will do our utmost to deliver your clothing as quickly as possible; we can't currently guarantee specific delivery times. Thank you for understanding.

How will you get my measurements?  If you live in the greater Seattle area, you can contact us to set up a personal appointment, or attend a MyStyle trunk show or event.  At that time, one of our associates will take your measurements with a traditional measuring tape, in private. In the future, MyStyle will use cutting-edge body scanning technology to take measurements in a matter of seconds.  Learn more about the measurement and production process.

What if something I order doesn't fit right? MyStyle guarantees the quality and fit of all our garments. If you are not perfectly satisfied, please call us within 14 days of receiving your order, and we'll fix any issues that you have.  After this period our garments are guaranteed for quality and workmanship only.

Why should I order a made-to-measure garment when clothes off the rack fit me well enough?  Many of us have gotten used to the look and feel of clothes that fit us "well enough" because that's all we've ever been able to buy.  But every person on the planet is shaped differently. Because off-the-rack clothing is made to fit "average" sizes, shapes and proportions, there is no way that every shape variation can be adequately addressed by off-the-rack clothing. 

When we make clothing that is custom-made to your measurements and body shape, fit issues like pull lines, sags, bunching and bulges disappear.  When a garment truly fits right, it not only feels more comfortable, but it's more flattering—making you look thinner and more polished—and it also looks more expensive.  The result: you'll feel more confident. And we're confident that your made-to-measure clothes from MyStyle will become the favorite pieces in your closet! 

How should I clean my garments?  All MyStyle clothing is dry clean only, as is standard for suits and tailored clothing.
